The Parlotones were the headline act on Sunday, 11 December. Armed with another picnic basket and tickets booked way in advance, we made our way to watch the show. The Parlotones are awesome. They are.
I don’t listen to enough South African artists, but the few I do enjoy are The Parlotones, Prime Circle and bit of Kaptein never really did hurt anyone. (Apart from that woman that was squashed at Danskraal that one time… oooops).
A while back I mentioned the brand Colourful Cooper – The name was in fact inspired by two things:
1. Cooper is the name of the dog I plan to own when I can spend more time at home and give it the attention it deserves.
2. Colourful comes from the lyrics of one my favorite Parlotones Song… “I’m not some handsome knight in shining armour, I’m colourful”
