Winter 2011

Capetonians seem to have been let off the hook this year as far as a wet and cold winter is concerned.  We have had a few really cold nights I guess, but for the most part its been smooth sailing.  On the one hand, thats great, and on the other, its worrying that come Summer, we'll have water restrictions.  There just hasnt been enough rain to fill the dams.  Blame global warming?
